Kristin Chenoweth and Andrew Lippa Star in New York Premiere of I Am Harvey Milk

Andrew Lippa's I Am Harvey Milk had its New York premiere at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall in a benefit performance for the Hetrick-Martin Institute on October 6. Lippa, who penned the oratorio, starred in the title role, alongside Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth as the soprano soloist and Noah Marlowe as Young Harvey Milk. Joel Fram conducted the Orchestra of St. Luke's and the specially formed All-Star Broadway Men's Chorus. The evening was directed by Noah Himmelstein and produced by Bruce Cohen, Rob Nanus, Jessica Leventhal, Bruce Robert Harris, Jack W.
