Kristin Chenoweth to be Honored by Boston Children’s Theatre

Boston Children’s Theatre recently announced that Kristin will receive the 2016 Giving Voice Award, which recognizes an individual who puts their heart and soul into empowering youth in the arts. Kristin will be honored at the theater’s Giving Voice Gala on Thursday, April 28, 2016 for her legendary career in the entertainment industry and her dedication to inspiring young artists. The Gala includes a silent auction, dinner and cocktails, and performances by current BCT students and alumni. “Words cannot even begin to describe the tremendous impact and influence Ms. Chenoweth has had on the arts, and more specifically on our students at Boston Children’s Theatre,” BCT Executive Artistic Director Burgess Clark stated. “Ms. Chenoweth’s passion for her craft and her dedication to educating, inspiring and motivating young actors, is unsurpassed in this industry.
